Gábor Mészáros, the founder and owner of the chocoMe chocolate manufactory, is extremely committed to top quality. He decided to create his own developed, completely unique dark chocolate recipe that would become the flagship of chocoMe chocolates.

In order to gain a deeper understanding of the origin of cocoa beans and the richness of their sensory effects, and to learn how to cultivate the highest quality cocoa beans, he recently visited numerous cocoa plantations and sought out farmers in the Caribbean who possess extensive expertise in this field. Following the mapping of growing regions and the tasting of cocoa beans and various chocolate masses, he created a unique aroma profile dark chocolate mass recipe in a small but highly professional chocolate laboratory near Paris, which provides an unforgettable experience with every chocoMe Délice chocolate consumed.
