Dark chocolate made from cocoa beans from Madagascar is seasoned with a very rare spice, the hand-picked Voatsiperifery wild pepper, also from the jungles of Madagascar. The pepper has a complex and intense aroma, often described as a combination of woody, earthy and floral notes, with slightly citrusy and sweet tones. The seasoned chocolate mass is used to coat the best almonds in Sicily, the Avola Tuono type almonds.
