Casa Rinaldi  Italian Arborio Risotto Rice

Arborio rice originates from the municipality of Vercelli, bearing the same name, and has been a descendant of Vialone since 1946. It belongs to the category of the finest rice. Among Italian rice varieties, this has the largest grains. Due to its high starch content, it perfectly absorbs the flavour of spices, making it ideal for preparing risotto.
