Our Casa Rinaldi Modena IGP Balsamic Vinegar Cream is a unique version of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. It is black and shiny, with a density of 1.22. Our recipe, with its high content of cooked grape must, makes the product special and refined, making it an indispensable part of high-end kitchens. It perfectly enhances the taste of dishes, with a unique flavour profile. This cream is famous for its versatility: it is perfect for garnishing and decorating dishes.
