Casa Rinaldi Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Truffle
The black truffle extra virgin olive oil is yellow in color, combining the fruity taste of European olives with the intense flavor of truffle. Ideal for truffle risotto, mushroom risotto, and pasta with boscaiola sauce. It can also be used to flavor meat dishes.

Storage
Store in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight and high temperatures. Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality; the oil will clear up again at room temperature.
