Kifli Kukták

Kiadós, lélekmelengető magyaros egytálétel fehérbabból és illatos őszi erdei gombákból, selymes fűszerpaprikás mártásban. Könnyen elkészíthető, gazdag őszi fogás, amely friss házi kenyérrel a legfinomabb.

Preparation method

Preparation

1

Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in 2 dl of lukewarm water for about 15 minutes, then strain (reserve the soaking liquid for cooking). Clean the fresh cremini mushrooms and cut them into thicker wedges or slices.

2

Finely chop the onion and garlic, peel the carrots, and slice them into rounds. Rinse and drain the canned white beans.

Cooking

3

Heat the sunflower oil in a large pot, add the finely chopped onion, and sauté over medium heat until translucent. Add the minced garlic and sliced carrots, then sauté together for another 2 minutes.

Chef's tip

The porcini soaking liquid is the secret weapon of this recipe: it gives a rich, deep umami flavor to the entire stew, so do not discard it under any circumstances!

If you prefer a thicker sauce, take out 2 ladles of beans along with a little liquid at the end of cooking, blend until smooth, and stir back into the stew.
