Description
Kiskagyló pasta is perfect as a soup ingredient in vegetable soups, but it is also often used as a side dish on its own, prepared with some kind of sauce.

Gyermelyi Zrt. is Hungary's leading pasta manufacturer, largest egg producer and an indispensable player in the milling industry. In addition, it carries out agricultural activities on an area of 8,800 hectares, operating a closed vertical integration. It all started on 21 January 1953, when twelve farmers from Gyermely, unable to bear the increasingly impossible burdens weighing down individual farming, founded the Petőfi Cooperative. In 1970, the government decided to build a pasta factory and was looking for a location. Gyermely's reputable cooperative undertook the task and was given the opportunity. This is how Gyermelyi Zrt. was founded.
