Unopened without cooling, in a cool place protected from sunlight for 2 years. After opening, it can be consumed for 7 days when stored in the refrigerator. You can spread the combination of tart taste and honey on pastries, toast, pancakes, any pastries or next to them, in plain Greek yogurt, oatmeal, or even spoon it on its own!
