Hagyományos magyaros ízvilágú, selymes és melengető őszi zöldségfogás: a friss, roppanós őszi kelbimbó fűszerpaprikás, tejfölös mártásban párolva, kézzel szaggatott házi nokedlivel.

Preparation

1

Clean the Brussels sprouts: remove the outer, damaged leaves, trim the stems, and cut larger sprouts in half. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the wax pepper and tomato into 1 cm pieces.

2

In a pot, bring plenty of lightly salted water to a boil for cooking the nokedli.

Making the Brussels sprout paprikash

1

Heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan, add the finely chopped onion, and sauté over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until translucent. Add the diced wax pepper and garlic, sauté for another 2 minutes, then stir in the tomato.

Chef's tip

Do not overcook the Brussels sprouts so they preserve their vibrant emerald green color and pleasant, nutty crunch.

Tempering is essential when thickening with sour cream: always add a few spoonfuls of hot sauce to the sour cream mixture to guarantee a lump-free, silky sauce.
