Melons have been grown in Szedres since 1991. Their cantaloupe melons are usually among the first in Hungary. They grow the centro cantaloupe melon, as it is the most flavorful and spicy melon. It is free of pesticides and residues.
Use
It is usually eaten raw, on its own or as part of a fruit salad, and wrapped in Parma ham it is an excellent appetizer. Due to its high sugar content, it is recommended for diabetics to consume it only in small quantities.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place between 10-12 °C.
