Miil Sliced Emmental Cheese

Product description

The cheese matures for about 8 weeks at 3 different temperatures to achieve the typical Emmental flavour, which is known for its fine fruitiness and slightly nutty flavour. About 11 litres of cow's milk are used to make 1 kg of this excellent cheese. Emmental is produced in the Czech Republic from milk, most of which comes from Pošumaví. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

This is a naturally lactose-free product. Its lactose content is less than 0.01 g/100 g.

Suggested use

You can eat Emmental with bread, fruit or as an ingredient in any cooked dish.

Storage

Store at a temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. The opened package should be consumed immediately.
