  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced cheese
  • Butter
  • Ham

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix the corn flour with 2 dl of water and salt, then knead into a dough.

    Form balls from it, then flatten them into patties.

    Fry them in butter on both sides for 4-5 minutes. Once ready, carefully cut the patties in half, fill them with ham and cheese, and it's done.
