Use
The fruit is really tasty when it is a bit soft and has a bright red exterior. The outer skin is slightly bitter, so it is recommended to scald it and then peel off the thin outer layer.
But we can also eat it raw, in which case it is worth sprinkling it with a little sugar, but some people prefer it with salt.
Interestingly, it is often used as a side dish for fish. We can make puree or just roast tamarillo for meat.
