Origin:
The Topaz apple is a Czech-bred variety, created by crossing the Rubín and Vanda varieties at the Kutná Hora research institute in Prague in the 1980s. It is becoming increasingly popular in Europe, including Hungary, especially in organic (bio) cultivation.
