  • 10 g baking powder
  • 10 g erythritol
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 coffee spoon vanilla powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Jam or pudding
  • 400 g flour

    Peel the apples, grate them on a cheese grater, then mix them with all other ingredients.

    The amount of flour given is approximate; the goal is to get a well-formable, rollable dough, and this also depends on how juicy the apples are and what type of flour you are using.
