Peel the apples, grate them on a cheese grater, then mix them with all other ingredients.
The amount of flour given is approximate; the goal is to get a well-formable, rollable dough, and this also depends on how juicy the apples are and what type of flour you are using.
When the dough is no longer sticky, roll it out to about a finger's thickness, cut out doughnuts of any desired size, and fry them in plenty of hot oil.
