Suggested use

Recipe
For 3-4 servings:

• 2 cucumbers
• 300 ml plain yoghurt
• 1 packet of Kotányi Tsatsiki salad dressing spice mix
• a little salt

Preparation:
Peel the cucumbers, cut into small cubes or grate. Salt them, let them stand for about 15 minutes, then drain the juice. Mix the yoghurt with the Kotányi Tsatsiki spice mix until smooth and add to the cucumbers. Serve chilled.

Tip
You can refine the salad further by adding sour cream.
