The marriage of pure Japanese chocolate with the favourite raspberry flavour of Tokyo confectioneries. Thanks to Cafe Frei's unique roasting, grinding and flavouring innovation, you can make raspberry-flavoured dessert coffee from the aromatic ground coffee with any home coffee appliance. With an espresso machine, a refillable capsule or even a "moka pot", or perhaps with a filter method. First, make the coffee, then add cold or warm milk to taste (although it can also be drunk as a long black coffee). You definitely need sugar or honey in it, because the intense flavour of the raspberry is conjured up in your cup by the sweetening!

Cafe Frei was founded by two friends: the novelist Tamás Frei, a former TV globetrotter who has visited more than 150 countries in recent decades and is a passionate lover of coffee and the world associated with it; and Tamás Langár, an economist and food industry entrepreneur, who helps run the network from a business perspective with more than 30 years of experience.

The first CAFE FREI coffee shop opened in Hungary in April 2007, and their coffee shop franchise network has been growing ever since. They have now become the country's largest coffee shop chain. Thanks to their unique franchise system, 2013 brought them an international breakthrough when they opened their first Central European coffee shops. Since then, they have been operating coffee shops from France to Dubai. Including in such exotic countries as Saudi Arabia.
