- 2 pcs salmon fillet
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shelled edamame beans

PREPARATION
- 1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- 3Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
- 4Remove the salmon fillets from the pan and set them aside to cool.
- 5Meanwhile, prepare the salad base, place the prepared arugula on the plates.
- 6Add the cooked rice and shelled edamame beans to the salad.
- 7Cut the cooled salmon fillets into smaller pieces, then add them to the salad.
- 8Top with a generous portion of Guau! Guacamole.
