House of Asia Udon Noodles
Classic Japanese noodles made from wheat, they are omnipresent in both traditional and modern variations of Japanese cuisine. In Asia, they are served at street food stalls and exclusive restaurants alike. The noodle portions separated by fine, thin ribbons can be perfectly combined with sauces and soups thanks to their flexibility. Udon, which is usually served in an aromatic broth with tofu, wakame, chives or tempura, has become a showpiece of Japanese cuisine. It is also perfect as a base for cold noodle salads.

Instructions for use
