The sliced porcini mushrooms are steamed in white wine with white garlic, loosened with their own homemade mayonnaise and creamy cream, enriched with butter, and made delicious with fresh chives, parsley and capers.

How to use

Can be spread on toast, used as a dip, or eaten on its own.

Until now, the Falukrém deli version was only available in Budapest, at markets and delicatessens, but there is a growing demand for smaller packaging, which is now available in 140 g form, in 6 flavors and 320 g casino eggs.

Storage

Store between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius without breaking the cold chain. Consume within 2 days of opening
