Horseradish-Cream Stuffed Ham Scroll (2 pcs) on French Salad

Product description

We fill the extra hams individually with fresh horseradish cream using a piping bag, which we place on French salad and cover with gelatin. We use fresh vegetables in the salad, such as apples, carrots, celery, celery stalks, potatoes and gherkins, as well as green peas, which we steam instead of boiling, so that all the flavour and vitamins are retained in the vegetables. 
The product is packaged in environmentally friendly, biodegradable PLA (corn).

Use

On a cold platter, or on its own.

Producer information

Falukrém has been making delicious creams since 2009. The idea came from Péter Tuza and Barbara Radványi. They make products and creams that bring back the flavours of our childhood, combined with a little spice and innovation to create something new, in which they do not interfere artificially, i.e. they do not use any preservatives, additives or colourings, and they also source the raw materials from the best sources.

Storage

Store between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius without breaking the cold chain. Consume within 2 days of opening.
