Producer information

The history of Fino dates back to 1889. That's when Antal Strausz started producing cheese and butter at the old Somogy site. The excellent quality of Fino products is guaranteed not only by family traditions, but also by high technological standards and continuous innovation. Their farms have more than 5,000 cattle, of which about 2,700 are dairy cows. Cows are sensitive animals, so they provide them with calm, animal-friendly conditions and comfortable resting boxes so that they can produce the best quality milk. Fino-Food Kft. processes more than 150,000 liters of milk per day at its Kaposvár site. The high quality of the products is ensured by the continuous and strict inspection of the incoming raw materials and the minimal human intervention thanks to automation.
