Made according to a new recipe, a gluten-free product. Instant yeast is one of the most popular innovations in modern cuisine. It has a long shelf life, takes up little space on the shelf, is excellent for leavened doughs and can be used instead of fresh yeast.

Use

When making traditional leavened dough, use 1 sachet of Haas Natural Instant yeast for 0.5 kg of flour! Haas Natural Instant yeast should be used within 3 days of opening the sachet.

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight and frost.
