Haas Natural vanilla pudding powder 

Gluten-free, with natural carotene color and natural vanilla flavor.

Instructions

1. Mix the contents of the bag with 5 dkg sugar (approx. 3 tablespoons) and approx. 8 tablespoons of half a liter of 1.5% fat milk until smooth.
2. Add the remaining milk and bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
3. Pour the pudding into molds rinsed with cold water and place in a cold place. Once cooled, the pudding can be turned out of the mold.

You can also make a delicious cream from the pudding powder!

In this case, cook the pudding powder with only 3 dl of milk. Add 5 dkg of butter and 1 egg yolk to the cooled pudding, which you have previously whipped until foamy. The cream prepared in this way is suitable for filling cakes and pastries, but can also be consumed on its own. The contents of the bag are sufficient to prepare 4 servings.   

Storage

Store in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight and frost.
