Product description

The authentic Heinz Ketchup is produced from tomatoes grown on sunny plantations in Portugal. Before the tomatoes are used, they undergo 75 different tests. On average, 148 g of tomatoes are needed to produce 100 g of ketchup.

Heinz Ketchup contains no added sugar or preservatives, but its lycopene content is significant. The natural pigment found in ripe, healthy tomatoes is an excellent antioxidant: it effectively inhibits harmful oxidation processes in the body.

Heinz Ketchup is unique not only for its unmistakable taste but also for its distinctive packaging. The iconic Heinz bottle was patented in 1882, and its shape has been changed only seven times over the long decades.
