Description
Gyermelyi Cake Flour
Their cake flour has a smaller and more uniform particle size than traditional flours, so it clumps less during mixing and is easy to knead. Our product is an ideal choice for all recipes that require a crumbly dough. We especially recommend it for baking Linzer cookies, pies, and sponges, but it can also be confidently used for any other cake where you want to achieve a soft and light texture.
Producer information
Gyermelyi Zrt. is Hungary's leading pasta manufacturer, its largest egg producer, and an indispensable player in the milling industry. In addition, it carries out agricultural activities on an area of 8,800 hectares, operating a closed vertical integration. All this began on January 21, 1953, when twelve farmers from Gyermely, no longer able to bear the increasingly impossible burdens affecting individual farming, established the Petőfi Cooperative. In 1970, the government decided to build a pasta factory and was looking for a location. Gyermely's reputable cooperative undertook the task and was given the opportunity. This is how the establishment of Gyermelyi Zrt. began.
