Grandma's secret Extra fine pastry flour

Grandma's secret Extra fine pastry flour. Hungary's favourite flour brand! Continuously controlled, reliable quality, carefully selected, thoroughly cleaned wheat. Can be mixed with liquid ingredients without lumps. High-rising, soft sponge cake.

Suggested use - Soft sponge cake

Ingredients:

• 100 g Extra fine pastry flour
• 100 g powdered sugar
• 5 eggs

Preparation:

1. Separate the eggs.
2. Beat the egg whites with half of the sugar until stiff.
3. Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until fluffy and gently fold into the egg white foam.
4. Sift in the flour and gently fold together.
5. Pour into a mould and bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
6. Cool slowly and flavour with creams, jams and fruits.
