Ingredients
(for 5 pieces) 75 g Szafi Reform gluten-free pancake flour mix; pinch of salt; 8 g coconut oil; 2 pcs M eggs; 170 g room temperature water

Preparation

1. Beat the water, eggs, liquid coconut oil, salt with a hand whisk, then add the flour mix and beat quickly.
2. Then let it rest for 15 minutes, then fry the pancakes in a medium heat in a preheated oiled pan. (It can be turned when the edges start to brown.)
