Grandma's secret Yeast dough pastry flour
Grandma's secret Yeast dough pastry flour. Hungary's favourite flour brand! Continuously controlled, reliable quality, carefully selected, thoroughly cleaned wheat. Easily stretchable and kneadable dough. Beautifully rising, airy dough.
Suggested use - Sweet yeast dough
Ingredients:
- 500 g Yeast dough pastry flour
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 300 ml lukewarm milk
- 25 g yeast
- 150 ml melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- salt
Preparation:
- Dissolve the yeast in milk with a little sugar.
- Knead the ingredients and the yeast milk into a smooth, elastic dough.
- Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size
- Roll out, flavour with the filling of your choice, shape as desired and let it rise for another 15 minutes.
- Brush with egg and bake at 170°C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
