Old, scattered plantation of mixed grape varieties harvested together, prepared simply, according to ancient tradition, with cabernet franc giving it its final face. Its aroma is dominated by ripe fruitiness (black cherry, black currant), which is complemented by spicy notes (cinnamon, cocoa powder) during tasting to create a complete whole.
