Csabai Lángolt sausage
Smoked sausage made with a curing regulator. A sausage filled into a pig's small intestine with a circular cross-section of approx. 38-40 mm in diameter. The cut surface is shiny, ready to be cut. It consists of dark red pieces of meat and light-coloured pieces of bacon. Pleasantly seasoned, with a slightly smoky aroma, the taste of the spices used is clearly noticeable. Densely flexible, well-bound, not crumbly, not soft, not too crusty.
