Use

Sort the laundry according to color and degree of soiling. Rinse soiled diapers with cold water before washing. Soak heavily soiled diapers and clothes in detergent water for 30 minutes before washing. When washing by hand, first dissolve the detergent thoroughly in water. When washing diapers and baby clothes, repeat the rinse cycle. Follow the garment manufacturer's instructions.
