DŽIUGAS Gourmet lactose-free hard cheese, aged for 36 months. The cheese is characterized by an intense flavor, distinctive aroma, marbled appearance and slightly crumbly texture. The interior of the cheese contains a multitude of salt crystals, which are indicators of excellent quality and maturity. We recommend consuming it with dried fruits, red and white wine.

Hard cheeses are made from high-quality summer milk from cows kept on free range, in which the flavors and aromas of nature can be felt. DŽIUGAS cheeses are surrounded by symphonic music during the aging process, so the cheese not only has a distinctive taste, but also a soul.
