Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 110 g butter
  • 1 pc lemon
  • 1 g salt
  • 1 pc vanilla pudding powder
  • 60 g sugar

    Knead the dough ingredients together, then wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator.

    For the filling, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the egg yolks and cottage cheese. Then add the vanilla pudding powder.

    Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, and gently fold into the cottage cheese mixture in 2 batches.

    Place the dough into a 24 cm mold, about half a cm thick, then add the cottage cheese cream. Bake in an oven preheated to 165-170 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
