  • 300 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 12 g baking powder

    Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks with the salt and baking powder to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold them into the cottage cheese mixture in several batches.

    Line a baking tray with baking paper, then spoon the lángos dough onto it in desired sizes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, on convection setting, for 12-15 minutes.

    Baking time may vary depending on the oven and the size of the lángos.

    Serve as desired with garlic light sour cream, vegan sour cream, kefir, or grated light cheese.
