- 2 cloves garlic

- 100 ml olive oil
- 250 g salmon

- 1Mix the dill with the grated garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- 2Slice the salmon as desired and thoroughly coat it with the previously prepared oily marinade. It's best to let it marinate for 1-2 hours, but if you're short on time, you can cook it immediately; it will still be very delicious.
- 3Heat the grill, oil it, then place the fish slices on it and cook for 3-3 minutes per side. The cooking time also depends on the thickness of the salmon slices.
- 4Serve with fresh salad, according to taste. Feta tomato salad pairs very well with it.
