Privát hús Beechwood Smoked Aged Kolozsvári Bacon Sliced

Product Description

Raw imperial bacon formed into a near rectangular shape, without rib bone, cartilage or skin. The sliced product consists of even, approx. 1.5 mm thick slices in a protective film. The slices can be easily separated from each other. Raw, salted and smoked – with the softness characteristic of aged bacon. The meat is pink on the cut surface, the bacon is cream-white, possibly with a yellowish-brown colour from the smoke. Pleasantly mild salty taste.

Use

The product can be consumed raw or heat-treated (boiled, fried).
