Frozen chanterelle 

The chanterelle is a trumpet-shaped, yellow-colored edible mushroom with a unique flavor. Collected in the forests of Europe, it is sold cleaned and frozen. It is not only delicious but also very healthy! It has a very high water and protein content. It makes even the simplest scrambled eggs a special dish, and its use makes any meal special.

Use

Due to its special taste, the chanterelle has many uses; it can be prepared as a gourmet dish on its own or added to meats and sauces. After thawing, wash it and use it according to taste.
