Our product is a delicious lattice heart ham slice, which we carefully prepare by smoking and cooking. The lattice surface and the smoky flavour make it unique, an ideal choice for sandwiches, cold platters or even consumed on its own. Taste it and enjoy the flavours!

The skin-on thighs are shaped into a heart shape, then rubbed with a mixture of dry sea salt and pickling salt. They are turned weekly, then smoked to a golden brown in stone smokers with hardwood sawdust. This great product is one of the manufacturer's prides.
