Nowaco leafy spinach

Frozen Nowaco spinach chopped with cream and garlic. Thanks to the new technologies, Nowaco products retain their high vitamin content. Thus, in addition to its rich mineral content, spinach also contains significant amounts of vitamins C, E and K. It is very easy to prepare and its special flavor is excellent as a side dish for potato dishes, dumplings and roasts.

Preparation

Place the frozen spinach in a pan and heat it covered over a flame. Boil for 10 minutes. Stir the spinach occasionally during heat treatment. Finally, add the fried onion and add salt to taste.

Use

Do not refreeze after thawing!

Storage

Store frozen at -18°C or below.
