Classic, fresh, colourful and crispy vegetable specialty, which can be used on its own or as a side dish, but also as a tasty base for other excellent dishes. All vegetables are pre-cooked, so their preparation time is very short. Also, thanks to the modern processing method, the vegetables do not lose any of their nutritional value or physiological effects.
Preparation
Use it in the same way as fresh vegetables. Put 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or butter in a pan. Put the desired amount (frozen) in the pan and steam at medium temperature, stirring occasionally. Enjoy your meal.
