Nowaco cut green beans
Green beans can be steamed, fried, boiled, used in salads, soups or as a main course. Moreover, they are highly recommended, because after broccoli, green beans are one of the most effective vegetables in preventing cancer.

Due to their protein content – especially if consumed in their dried form – they are an excellent meat substitute, so they are also indispensable in a vegetarian diet.
