Excellent as a side dish or even as a main course. It can quickly become our favorite, besides being healthy, it is also very tasty and easy to prepare.
Preparation
Use it in the same way as fresh vegetables. Put 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or butter in a pan. Put the desired amount (frozen) in the pan and steam at medium temperature, stirring occasionally. Enjoy your meal.

Do not refreeze after thawing!
Storage
Store frozen at -18°C or below.
