Maggi Carbonara spaghetti base

Bon appetito!  In the renewed Maggi Carbonara base, dried spices and vegetables provide the right flavor, which is made even more distinctive by the ground nutmeg, white pepper and oregano.  Made from quality ingredients, with natural ingredients indicated in the ingredient list.  The product is made without the addition of palm oil and added color, and contains only natural flavors. All Maggi bases are made from dried ingredients, thus ensuring the shelf life of the products, and thanks to this, there is no need to add preservatives either.

Fresh ingredients and preparation suggestions

•  15 dkg ham
• 3.5 dl milk
• 30 dkg spaghetti pasta
• 2 tbsp. oil

1. Fry the ham in a little oil.
2. Mix the contents of the bag with the cold milk, then pour it over the ham.
3. Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until done. 
4. Serve with cooked spaghetti.

About the brand

Julius Maggi was born in 1846 as the child of a Swiss miller family, during the industrialization era.
