It is a long-grain, native Italian variety with a deep root system that allows it to feed from the richest soil layers. It is an extremely versatile rice, excellent for making risotto. Behind Alce Nero are organic farmers and producers who, since 1978, have been producing food that comes from farms that respect the land. They work with over 1000 Italian and 10000 Central and South American family businesses.

They have been involved in organic farming for over 40 years, thus taking care of the balance between the Earth and its inhabitants. In order to maintain this balance, they wanted to deal with the production of food that meets both. Storage

After opening, store the rice in a covered glass container in a cool, dry place.
