80 g powdered sugar
250 g flour
1 teaspoon ManóMenü baking powder
Zest of 1 organic orange
1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk the egg with the sugar and butter until fluffy, then add the flour with baking powder and knead into a dough.

Place in the refrigerator wrapped in foil for 20 minutes.

Roll out to 2 mm thickness, then cut out shapes and place an almond on one arm of each star.

Bake in a 180-degree oven for 6-8 minutes until done.
