Ingredients
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 100 g arugula
- 35 ml BBQ sauce
- juice of 1 pc lemon
- 5 g salt to taste
- 3 g pepper
Steps
- 1Cut the meat into pieces, season with salt and pepper. Place them in an ovenproof dish and pour 1 dl of water over them.
- 2Cover and place in a 180-degree oven until the meat is tender. This takes approximately 80 minutes.
- 3While the meat is roasting, you can prepare the salad. Rinse the arugula under running water, then dry it. Squeeze the lemon juice and add a pinch of pepper. Mix it, then pour it over the salad and toss.
- 4Once the meat is roasted, you can serve it with salad.
