
Beef steak with spinach quinoa

Preparation method
Place the onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili, 50 ml water, oil, tomato paste, salt, and pepper into a high-sided pot, then blend until smooth with an immersion blender. Wash the beef, pat it dry, coat it with the spiced marinade, and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 210–215 °C and prepare an oven-safe pan.
Pour the broth and 300 ml water into a medium saucepan. Salt it, add the quinoa, and cook over medium heat for 15–16 minutes. Then drain the quinoa and leave it in the saucepan.
Chef's tip
If you prefer the meat more well-done, bake it for an additional 3–4 minutes.
