Preparation method
Boil 3 eggs hard, then let them cool. These will be needed later for the filling.
Cut the kifli rolls into small cubes, pour milk over them, mix, and let them soften.
After two minutes, add the chopped red onion, chopped chives, crushed garlic, minced meat to the kifli, then season with salt and pepper. (Note: The eggs in the recipe are used for the filling; the meat mixture will be held together by the milk-soaked kifli.)
