  • 160 g banana
  • 100 g strawberry
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 55 ml milk
  • 35 g butter or ManóMenü cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 125 g whole wheat flour
  • 70 g plain flour
  • 6 g ManóMenü baking powder

    Mix the strawberries cut into smaller pieces with half a tablespoon of flour, so they won't sink to the bottom of the batter during baking.

    Thoroughly mix the banana, fat, milk, and eggs with vanilla sugar, then add the flours and baking powder. Using a silicone spatula, gently fold the strawberries into the batter with a few firm movements, being careful not to crush them.

    Divide the batter into 12 muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes in a 175-degree Celsius fan-assisted oven.

    Check if they are fully baked by inserting a toothpick into a muffin.

    For children under 1 year old, no sugar is needed at all. For older children and adults, if desired, you can sweeten the batter further with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
